Social Media Kindness Ambassador

We are looking for a Social Media Kindness Ambassador to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and networks users.

Responsibilities
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
  • Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
Requirements

Curriculum Trainer

We are looking for a Curriculum Trainer to support educators in implementing our Kindness Capacity Curriculum.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of the Kindness Capacity Curriculum and instructional strategies to increase teacher and student achievement
  • Suggest methods, procedures for implementing professional development at the campus/district level
  • Models’ effective instruction for teachers and staff.
  • Establishes and maintains forms and files as required by company, local, state, and federal agencies.
  • Reviews training participant evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Analyzes data to facilitate the development of best practices and determine instructional needs.
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of professional learning activities for district staff.
Requirements:
  • Kind-hearted
  • Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting and a strong record of helping students achieve academic success
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience facilitating trainings or supporting schools to improve student outcomes
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel to various schools
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point) and virtual meeting programs (Zoom, etc.)

Professional Speaker

We are looking for a Professional Speaker to educate, equip and empower people to be kind in their community and workplace.

Responsibilities:
  • Possess an ability to memorize, retain and deliver content without deviating much from the script.
  • Has a desire to encourage, motivate and inspire people to be kind
  • Be a team player that assists in researching, developing, and delivering impactful content to a diverse audience.
  • Be available for travel, both locally and within other regions in the state of Texas and beyond.
  • Possess reliable transportation, which is needed for most speaking assignments.
  • Able to create short motivational videos that encourage and inspire others.
